Have a question about the computer you purchased from us? Please call us or email us using the information here. We generally provide free phone support for products that were purchased from us or questions regarding computers recently serviced with us. If you bought a system from elsewhere and require phone support, we recommend you contact them first or if you require our service you can drop off your system at one of our locations or schedule an onsite service call. We can answer questions regarding our services about systems bought elsewhere, but cannot provide free detailed technical support for systems that were not purchased from us.
